A Study in Memory, ARCHITECTURE, And Time. Fragrance as emotional Architecture.

OUR FLAGSHIP FRAGRANCE

FRENCH STUDY SUEDE

Eau de Parfum

A study in quiet remembrance.

French Study Suede is the inaugural fragrance from WEISMOIR.

Composed in collaboration with Galimard in Grasse, France, and presented in individually hand-blown glass, it reflects our belief that fragrance should become more than a scent—it should become part of a life’s story.

Built around soft suede, aged paper, warm woods, and a trace of vanilla, French Study Suede explores the relationship between scent and memory, creating an atmosphere that feels both deeply familiar and quietly enduring.

Every bottle is produced in small editions and finished by hand, intended not only to hold fragrance, but to become an object worthy of keeping. Available Fall of 2026.

DESIGNED FOR MEMORY

At WEISMOIR, we believe that memory can be designed.

Our collections are developed in collaboration with Galimard in Grasse, France, a perfume house whose origins trace to 1747. Long before fragrance became fashion, scent was part of daily ritual—crafted by artisans who understood that perfume, like architecture, possesses the power to shape atmosphere and endure through generations.

That philosophy remains at the heart of everything we create.

We think of fragrance as emotional architecture.

A room can alter the way we feel. A doorway can hold a memory. A corridor, a fireplace, a worn desk, a familiar chair—each becomes a vessel for experience. Fragrance possesses the same quiet ability to return us to the places and moments that have shaped our lives.

Created in Grasse and imagined between France and New York, every WEISMOIR collection explores the relationship between scent, material, and memory.

Our inaugural fragrance, French Study Suede, introduces this philosophy.

Inspired by private studies, historic hotels, architectural spaces, and winter afternoons spent wandering Manhattan beneath wool coats and grey skies, it is composed as an atmosphere rather than a perfume.

Soft suede warmed by years of use.

The quiet comfort of powdered milk recalled from childhood.

Vanilla settling into walnut, paper, and aged wood.

The amber glow of a hotel lobby at dusk.

Books gathered over generations.

Snowfall against stone.

The warmth of conversation lingering long after evening has passed.

These are not simply notes.

They are places remembered.

Every WEISMOIR bottle is conceived as an object of permanence—hand-blown, individually finished, and created to be kept. We believe the vessel should possess the same longevity as the fragrance it holds.

French Study Suede is the first chapter in an ongoing collection devoted to memory, place, and craftsmanship.

Not merely a fragrance.

A room carried forward.

A study in memory.

Rooms that remember
